Indiana Pacers center Myles Turner has voiced his support for two former NBA players, Jamal Crawford and Lou Williams, to be recognized with a place in the Hall of Fame.
While Turner acknowledges their significant cultural impact on the league, he also laments the lack of recognition they received during their careers.
Crawford and Williams both boast impressive resumes, each having been named Sixth Man of the Year three times. Despite their remarkable contributions, Turner believes their underappreciation during their playing days may hinder their chances of receiving Hall of Fame induction or other prestigious honors.
“The Hall of Fame is dicey, bro. It’s so tough. For what they’ve done culturally – yes. But in the business of this league for what they’ve they never got the recognition they deserved. That’s gonna hurt them in their Hall of Fame inductee or any type honor,” Turner said on Run Your Race podcast.
