Greek center Lazaros Papdopoulos will not be leaving Real Madrid after all. According to Marca, the player should 2-year 1.9 million euros contract with the Spanish giants. The only club that has shown in the player was Pamesa Valencia but they decided not to sign Papadopoulos.
After a relatively disappointing season in Madrid it was certain that the Greek will have to look for another team. Papadopoulos was scoring 6.8 points per game in Euroleague taking 3.2 rebounds.
Only a last second offer from another club could stop Papadopoulos from staying in Madrid. He promised to the management of Real Madrid that he will play much better next season.
