Croatian point guard Roko Leni Ukic will sign with Toronto Raptors who selected him as 41st pick at the 2005 draft. He will probably be backup PG for Jose Calderon. He had another year in contract with Barcelona, who loaned him to Lottomatica Roma last season, but they will let him go. There will be some cash compensation though.
Ukic came to Barcelona 2 years ago but was unimpressing in first season with the club so they decided to loan him to Italy last season. He had a breakout season and posted 11.3 ppg and 3.2 apg in 26.8 minutes of play in Italian Lega A. He eventually led his team to 2nd place.
