EA7 Emporio Armani Milan has made a significant move in bolstering their roster for the upcoming season, officially confirming the signing of Alex Poythress. The 29-year-old American big man has inked a two-year contract with the Italian club.
Poythress joins Olimpia Milano after a stint with Maccabi Tel Aviv in the last season of the EuroLeague. Poythress averaged 7.8 points and 3.6 rebounds in 16 EuroLeague games.
This marks Poythress’s third club in his EuroLeague career, with previous stints at Zenit St. Petersburg and Maccabi.
