Zalgiris, the Lithuanian basketball powerhouse, has solidified its roster by officially confirming the contracts of Keenan Evans and Ignas Brazdeikis for the upcoming season.
Both players had the option to explore opportunities with other clubs, but they have chosen to continue their journey with Zalgiris for a second consecutive season.
Evans showcased averaged 15.9 points per game, along with 3.7 assists and 3.2 rebounds per game in EuroLeague before suffering a season-ending injury in January.
Brazdeikis, in his debut EuroLeague season, averaged 11.6 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game. The young talent will now shift his focus to the Lithuanian national team’s preparation for the 2023 FIBA World Cup.
