It is expected that Kyle Kuzma will opt out of his player option for the 2023-2024 season and will hit free agency.

The 27-year-old small forward would make $13 million next year if he opts into the contract, but the 2020 NBA champion is reportedly looking to get a better deal.

According to Jake Fischer of Yahoo Sports, the Suns that have shown interest in Kuzma for the last several years will not be adding the Wizards forward.

Fischer mentions the Pacers and the Rockets as the teams that have emerged lately as potential suitors for Kuzma.

This past season Kuzma averaged career-high 21.2 points, 7.2 rebounds and 3.7 assists in 35 minutes per game.
