The Celtics had a chance to return to the NBA Finals as they hosted the Heat at TD Garden in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals. However, what could have been the first time in NBA history of a team winning the series after being down 0-3, turned out into a disaster for Boston (84-103).

Draymond Green, who battled the Celtics in last year’s NBA Finals, says he was not surprised by the result because of his own experience from last season.

“I thought Boston got really tight in that situation,” the four-time NBA champion said. “And I was not shocked, I wasn’t surprised because I’ve seen that in this situation before up close and personal firsthand in the Garden. I’ve seen that very thing. So I was not surprised.”
