Orlando Magic draft pick and Croatian international Mario Hezonja will play at Eurobasket this summer after a public statement from team coach Velimir Perasovic.
It was reported that the former Barcelona youngster had a meeting with Croatia coach Velimir Perasovic to notify of his intentions this summer according to a tweet from sports writer Igor Marinovic.

But Perasovic has dismissed those reports and stated that all his NBA-based players will report for international duty on August 1.

Croatia are co-hosts of the Eurobasket group stages until the latter stages moves to Lille in France.
The Croatians will be in Group C alongside Slovenia, Greece, FYR of Macedonia, Georgia and Netherlands.
