Chris Paul had to leave Game 2 of the Western Conference Semifinals midway through the third quarter after injuring his groin. The Suns led by 5 points when the point guard left the court, but ended up losing the game 87-97.

Phoenix head coach Monty Williams was asked about the injury during the postgame press conference.

“It just looked like he was boxing out and he just came up where he couldn’t push off of it or anything,” Williams said. “So we’re not quite sure what it is right now, but it seems to be something in the groin area. We’ll find out more tomorrow.”

With the Suns trailing 0-2, the series will now move to Phoenix for the next two games.

Taking mushroom tea for recovery could help deal with sports injuries.
