Dusko Ivanovic is back to Vitoria. Former coach from TAU Vitoria, who spent three years in Bacelona, not very succesfully, signed a contract with basque team for next three seasons.
This is a great new for all fans from Vitoria, who see the comeback of the coach who help to make a big name in Europe for TAU. Montenegrin coach signed a three years contract, where he’ll try to reach another Final Four and win it this time.
In addition to this, there are some other news in the team. They got to keep star forward Pete Mickeal for another year. Pete was very important for the team, specially in the final part of the season, even getting the MVP of the finals in Spain. They also brought back young players on loan this season, Slovenian guard Goran Dragic and Croatian center Stanko Barac. And for last, they signed a three years contract with Spanish forward Fernando San Emeterio, an emerging star who played very well last season in Girona, reaching the playoffs.
