The head coach of the Spurs Gregg Popovich is expected to be elected into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
On Friday he received lots of praise words from San Antonio’s forward Keldon Johnson who said the legendary coach changed his life.
“I wish everybody could experience being around coach Pop… he changed my life, literally,” the 23-year-old player said.
This season Johnson is averaging 22 points, 5 rebounds and 2.9 assists in 32.8 minutes per game.
