Joel Embiid was close to scoring 40 points for the third straight game as he dropped 39 points, including a game-winner against the Trail Blazers.

The 28-year-old center scored 39 and 42 points in the previous two games. He is averaging league-high 33.4 points, 10.1 rebounds and 4.1 assists 35.1 minutes per game.

After the game Embiid said that he is unguardable which brings lots of attention from the opposing defenses which in turn makes him look for his teammates.

“I’ve said it: I think I’m unguardable,” Joel Embiid said. “It’s all about using that and trying to make my teammates better. With that comes a lot of doubles and triple teams every single game. So it’s about, ‘How do I make my teammates better every game?’”
