Minnesota Timberwolves big man Naz Reid has been gaining significant trade interest around the league.

Sources told Mike Scotto of HoopsHype that Reid is being targeted by the Los Angeles Clippers and Denver Nuggets.

While being contenders of their own, both teams visibly need a backup big-man presence to ultimately complete themselves in a potential deep postseason run later this season.

Reid, 23, has been a serviceable center for the Timberwolves for the past few years. He is averaging 10.4 points and 4.9 boards while draining 53.7 percent of his shots in 18.1 minutes of play this 2022-23.

The young big man out of LSU is set to become an unrestricted free agent next summer.
