After getting waived by the Mavericks, Facundo Campazzo found a new stop to continue his career. The two-time EuroLeague champion penned a deal with Crvena Zvezda.

The Serbian outfit is currently won six of its last seven games in EuroLeague and is currently sitting in the 10th place.

Campazzo left Europe in 2020 to join the Nuggets. After two years in Denver, he became a free agent this past summer.

He was picked up by the Mavericks early in the season, but was waived to make room for Kemba Walker.

The Argentinean point guard joins his compatriot Luca Vildoza who also chose to go to Belgrade after leaving the NBA.
