Dallas Mavericks head coach Jason Kidd said he was happy with Kemba Walker’s debut vs. the Chicago Bulls on Saturday (8 points/2 rebounds/5 assists/1 block/2-5 FG/4-5 FT/0-2 3-PT/+2 +/- in a 144-115 road loss).

(via Bally Sports Southwest):

“I thought Kemba [Walker] did a good job of getting us organized and running the offense, and defensively trying to get guys organized. So I thought he did a really good job. There was only two guys that were in a positive, and he was one of them, him and Reggie [Bullock]. In a game like that, that’s almost impossible to do, but those two were positives. So Kemba did a really good job.”
