The future of Draymond Green remains in uncertain. Even though the four-time NBA champion has two more years left on his contract (next season is a player option), there are rumors that the 32-year-old power forward may move to another team.

One of potential destinations for him are reportedly the Lakers. Supposedly the interest is mutual. Green’s friendship with LeBron James only helps.

According to an anonymous Western Conference executive, it is unlikely, however, that the Lakers would give up two first round picks for Green.

“They like Draymond. LeBron wants Draymond. Draymond has been following LeBron around like a puppy dog these last couple of years,” the executive said. “But I can’t see them giving up those two picks for him, not at his age and not with him being a free agent next summer anyway.”
