During his appearance on the CLUB SHAY SHAY podcast, the Los Angeles Lakers legend Magic Johnson says he is still “pissed” that Larry Bird won Rookie of the Year in 1980:
“I’m glad we came in the league together, because I had someone I could measure myself to … I couldn’t let him get too far ahead of me.”
