Sacramento Kings rookie Keegan Murray is slated to make his NBA debut against the L.A. Clippers on Saturday, per Sacramento Bee’s Jason Anderson.

Murray was sidelined due to health and safety protocols that made him unavailable against the Kings’ season opener vs. Portland Trail Blazers. As he is now cleared to play, he is set to perform in front of the Golden 1 Center home crowd.

The young big man played in three preseason games leading his team in points (16.0) while averaging 4.5 rebounds and 2 steals, shooting 70% from 3-point range.

The top 4 pick of this year’s draft, Murray was crowned as the 2023 Summer League MVP upon averaging 23 points, seven rebounds, two assists, one steal, while shooting 50% from the field and 40% from three-point range.
