The Houston Rockets made their signing with Willie Cauley-Stein official.

Cauley-Stein previously inked a training camp deal with the Rockets last August. Upon his addition, he will join a loaded frontcourt of the team already being filled by Alperen Sengun, Jabari Smith, Tari Eason, Usman Garuba, Bruno Fernando, Boban Marjanovic and Derrick Favors.

The veteran big man, who is the No. 6 overall pick of the 2015 Draft, played his last three seasons in the Dallas Mavericks. He was eventually waived by the club last February and proceeded to sign a 10-day deal with the Philadelphia 76ers.

Cauley-Stein has a career average of 8.7 points, 5.9 boards, 1.4 assists in over 54 percent shooting for 422 total games played.
