Kendrick Perkins on the Clippers: “They won this offseason”

Retired NBA player-turned-ESPN analyst Kendrick Perkins believes Kawhi Leonard and Paul George’s squad won the summer: “When you look at the Los Angeles Clippers, they won this offseason and I don’t even think it’s close.”
