The Bucks dominated the Lakers on their home court with Giannis Antetokounmpo leading the charge with 44 points, 14 rebounds and 8 assists. The hosts allowed 78 points from Milwaukee in the first half while scoring 56 themselves.

After the game Los Angeles head coach Frank Vogel did not want to measure his team by a single regular season game but at the same time admitted that the team’s energy is not good.

“[The measurement] wasn’t good. I also said before the game that you cant measure too much with one regular season game,” Vogel said. “Our energy as a group isn’t good right now. We fought and tried to get back in the game like we did against New York to our guys’ credit.

“We didn’t give up on either game, we came back and won last game, came back and made it a game this game. We got to push through whatever is we’re in right now. We just got to get better starts. You get off to a better start and the energy of the group comes along.”
