The Los Angeles Lakers are constantly having to deal with playing different players instead of having a fixed lineup. Sometimes it is because of injuries or health safety protocols, and sometimes it is by decision of head coach Frank Vogel.

Russell Westbrook, who joined the team this past summer, is adjusting to this situation. According to him, the people from the outside do not care about the lineup issues and are just looking for wins.

“It is what it is,” the 33-year-old point guard said. “Nobody, as much as people don’t want to talk about it, the reality of it is happening and you have to adjust and that’s reality.

“But nobody actually cares about that anyway. It just matters if we win the game or not no matter who’s in the lineup or who’s not. That’s how we got to look at it.

“Unfortunately, we don’t know some nights who’s in who’s out. And that’s for me you just kind of got to focus on what I can control. That’s what I try to do.”
