The Los Angeles Lakers will miss several players in the battle with league-leaders Phoenix Suns at Staples Center on Tuesday night.

More specifically, six Lakers players are in the Health and Safety protocols and are out for the contest. These players are Austin Reaves, Kent Bazemore, Avery Bradley, Talen Horton-Tucker, Dwight Howard and Malik Monk. Lakers head coach Frank Vogel is also in the protocols.

Anthony Davis (left knee; MCL sprain) and Kendrick Nunn (right knee bone bruise) will be unavailable, as they are dealing with injuries.

The 17-time NBA champions (16-15) are on a two-game losing streak and want to return to the winning track. To avoid game disruptions, they went on to sign Mason Jones and Jemerrion Jones as replacements.

For their part, the Phoenix Suns will seek to earn their fourth straight win and solidify their place on top (24-5). They will have all players available, aside from Darko Saric, Frank Kaminsky and Abdel Nader, who are dealing with long-term injuries.
