Luke Kennard scored 17 of his 19 points in the second half and hit two clutch 3-pointers in the final minutes, sending the Los Angeles Clippers to a 119-115 win over the Lakers on Friday night. Marcus Morris posted 21 points and hit six 3’s for the Clippers.
After the game, the Lakers star LeBron James talked about the Luke Kennard and Marcus Morris threes: “We didn’t *allow* them to make 15 threes. One thing about them, when the Clippers are playing well, we know they’re one of the best 3-point shooting teams in the league.”
