Philadelphia 76ers sharpshooter Seth Curry has been excellent for his team at the start of the season amidst the Ben Simmons saga and several absences due to COVID-19 protocols.

Curry has been the No.1 option for the Sixers during the last few games with Joel Embiid and Tobias Harris out. Through 14 games, Curry is averaging a career-high 15.4 points, shooting 52 percent from the field and 45 percent from deep.

Curry reflected on his future with the Philadelphia organization, as Curry has one more year remaining in his contract with the franchise.

“I hope so, (on if he found a home in Philly) but I thought I’d be in Dallas for a long time, too, so you never know. It’s a crazy business. Things change fast.

As a player, you want to be somewhere for a long time. It’s been a great fit. I love the energy in Philly. We’ll see what happens.”

The Sixers continue their Western Conference trip, facing the Denver Nuggets on Thursday night. They’re coming off a blowout loss to the Utah Jazz.
