Memphis Grizzlies returned to their winning ways in a hard-fought 125-116 win vs. the Minnesota Timberwolves. Ja Morant was once again excellent, leading his team to its sixth win in the first 10 games of the season.

The Grizzlies completed a 16-point comeback as they went to an 18-2 run in the last five minutes of the game. Morant finished the game with 33 points, scoring 14 of them in the fourth quarter and overtime.

He also added six assists and eight rebounds. After the contest, Morant took to social media to react to his performance and his team’s win. The Grizzlies bounced back from a blowout loss to the Wizards to improve to 6-4.

Morant’s heroics were enough for the Grizzlies as they prevailed in a tough game with many ups and downs. The Grizzlies had the chance to win the game in the fourth quarter, but Towns banked in a long-range 3-pointer as time expired to send the contest into overtime.
