Crvena Zvezda signed Austin Hollins to an a one-year deal, the club announced Monday. Hollins returns to EuroLeague, after spending the last two seasons with Zenit.
Crvena Zvezda will be the second EuroLeague stop for the veteran swingman, after playing in France and Denmark, and having excellent performances in Germany for Giessen and Rasta Vechta.
This is the seventh signing for the ‘Reds’ this offseason. The team will officially start preparations for the new season at the end of this week.
Hollins has season averages of 9.6 points, 2.0 rebounds and 1.2 assists per contest in his two seasons in Russia. He was also shooting 37 percent from deep and 43 percent from the field in 82 games with Zenit.
