Czech Republic had an incredible night in Victoria, where they stunned Canada as they claimed an overtime 103-101 victory to proceed to the Olympic Qualifying Tournament Final.

Tomas Satoransky and Blake Schilb led the team of Ronen Ginzburg to the win against Canada, who was considered the favorite to win the tournament and participate in the Tokyo Olympics.

Satoransky had 18 points, including the winning shot over Lu Dort with 1.8 seconds remaining in overtime. The Bulls’ combo guard also recorded seven rebounds and five assists.

Blake Schilb had an amazing performance, leading his team in scoring with 31 points. He made 7-of-12 from the three-point range to go with seven assists.

Canada returned from a 10-point deficit with one minute remaining in regulation, thanks to the heroics of Nickeil-Alexander Walker and Andrew Wiggins, who scored Canada’s last six points to send the game to overtime (94-94).

RJ Barrett scored a team-high 23 points, while Wiggins and Walker added 22 and 21 points, respectively. Czech Republic will face either Turkey or Greece in the tournament’s Final.
