A.E.K. made a new very important move as they signed Malik Hairston a well- known ex San Antonio Spurs player. The 28 years-old forward started his career in U.S.A. playing for Austin Toros, then moving on to the NBA for one season as part of the San Antonio Spurs squad.
In 2010 he moved to Italy and Siena, starting a bright career in Europe. During his sophomore year, Hairston was one of the protagonists of his team’s successful season since they made it to the Euroleague Final Four, even taking the 3rd place. One year later he moved to Milan to play for the local team and after two seasons he joined Galatasaray.
With this move AEK will strengthen their roster and more specifically they will boost their scoring while they can add some more experience to their squad.
