LeBron James announced he won’t play against the Houston Rockets tonight as the Los Angeles Lakers are hoping to avoid the play-in tournament with three games remaining.
James issued a message to the Lakers’ faithful that he’s getting close to his return but he won’t be in the starting lineup tonight for the team.
However, he will be there for the LA franchise to add another championship banner claiming he will be ready for the playoffs.
James missed the last four games of his team after re-aggravating an ankle injury that kept him out for six weeks prior to his return on April 30. James might reportedly return in action in game vs. the Pacers Sunday.
