The Los Angeles Lakers star Anthony Davis felt tightness in his groin during the overtime win over the New York Knicks. The 28-year-old forward finished the game with 20 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists in 43 minutes of play.

Postgame, he talked about the chances of him playing against the Houston Rockets. “Not sure about tomorrow,” Davis said. “I’m going to get treatment and see how I feel. I want to say I’m going to play but it was really bothering me tonight. But we’ll see how I feel tomorrow and then later on in the day.

“It’s a very possibility that I fight through it and play since then next day’s off day but also don’t want to have this lagging and then now I’m out for a couple of games. We’ll see how I feel.”
