Damian Lillard had an absurd performance vs. the Pelicans Tuesday as the Blazers came back from a 17-point deficit to win the game.

Lillard scored 50 points in 20 shots to lead his team to a huge win in New Orleans. After the contest, Lillard used a question on how he became such a lethal shooter to praise Stephen Curry.

(via NBC Sports):

“It’s just putting a lot of time into it,” Lillard said. “Obviously we think of Steph Curry first when he think of shooters — the greatest shooter to ever play in our league. But he’ll tell you the same thing — it’s a lot reps.”

In the last five games, Lillard has been on a tear averaging 37.4 points on 50.5 percent from the field and 44.4 percent from deep. He registers 7.8 assists and 5.2 rebounds per contest.
