Skip Bayless once again took to Twitter to call out LeBron James, after another great performance. This time, Bayless said James is stat-padding, after remaining in the game against the Wolves until the final buzzer.

He accused LeBron of stat-padding saying since he cannot catch Michael Jordan in the GOAT race, so he’s chasing Kareem Abdul Jabbar for the record for the most points scored.

The Wolves returned from a 12-point deficit in the fourth quarter and put the games’ final winner into question. So, James remained for the last three minutes and had one assist to a Marc Gasol’s three and one field goal to put the game in bed.

James finished the contest with 30 points on 13-of-20 shooting. He also had 13 rebounds and seven assists for the Lakers, who played without Anthony Davis.

The Lakers will need to rest James in blowouts, especially with Anthony Davis out for some time, however Tuesday’s matchup was not a blowout win for Frank Vogel’s team.
