Doc Rivers could have Seth Curry at his disposal in the near future, as the sharpshooter cleared the COVID-19 health and safety protocols.

Curry had missed the last five games of his team while he was quarantined after testing positive to COVID-19. Mike Scott and Vincent Poirier remain unavailable as the team announced.

The Sixers are facing their Eastern Conference rivals Boston Celtics Wednesday hoping to return to their winning ways after losing a close one to Memphis.

It’s still uncertain if Curry is ready to return to play on Wednesday, however his absence hurt Philadelphia’s scoring production.

Curry scored in double digits in seven games this season with the Sixers having a 7-0 record in these occasions. The veteran sharpshooter averages 17.0 points per shooting 59.5% from the three-point line and 60.3% from the field.

The Sixers’ superstar big Joel Embiid is also set to return on Wednesday vs. Boston after missing the Sunday’s contest against the Memphis Grizzlies. Embiid was out with a minor knee issue in the previous game.
