The Boston Celtics revealed Jayson Tatum and Robert Williams’ status update ahead of the game against the Eastern Conference rivals Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday.

Tatum remains out due to NBA health and safety protocols, while Carsen Edwards is also unavailable because of the COVID-19 protocols.

On the other hand, Robert Williams returned to basketball activities Tuesday, and he could play against the Sixers on Wednesday.

Boston is coming off a blowout loss to the New York Knicks, in a game that Williams missed due to COVID-19 protocols. Williams remained out for 10 days before returning to practice.

It’s still uncertain when the Celtics’ superstar Jayson Tatum will return to action with head coach Brad Stevens saying there is a possibility to join the team on Friday in Philadelphia.
