The game between the Atlanta Hawks and Phoenix Suns tonight has been postponed, according to Adrian Wojnarowski.

Contact tracing with Suns players is a factor, as they last played the Washington Wizards on Jan. 11.

The Wizards are dealing with positive tests and contact tracing and also had their game against the Utah Jazz tonight postponed.

The Hawks-Suns game is now the seventh postponed game of the season so far.

The NBA just implemented several new and strict COVID-19 protocols to try to minimize the number of positive tests and potential exposure around the league, as they navigate playing through a pandemic that has no signs of slowing down.

The Suns are scheduled to play the Golden State Warriors next on Jan. 15, while the Hawks are scheduled to play the Jazz next on Jan. 15.
