Italian international Marco Cusin has joined Serie A side Vanoli Cremona on a season-long deal.

The signing, announced by the Italian side earlier tonight comes as a surprise as Cusin joined from fellow Serie A and Euroleague side Dinamo Sassari, where he averaged 5.0 points in his only two games this season against Niznhy Novgorod and Anadolu Efes, both losing efforts.

Despite it only being two games, Cusin leads the Euroleague in shooting percentage, as he is currently 100 percent from the field [5/5].

Cusin, 29, has never left Italy in his playing career. In his professional journey, he has played for Scavolini Pesaro and Cantu as well as several lower league sides. He was with Sassari for 35 days.

Vanoli Cremona currently sit joint fourth of Serie A with a 2-1 record. Sassari are joint top with EA7 Milano on 3-0.
