The Los Angeles Lakers newcomer Montrezl Harrell is happy with what he found on his new team. One of the things that stood out, according to him, is the team chemistry which is already good despite it only being the start of the season.

The 26-year-old forward moved cross-town to join the defending NBA champions after three years with the Clippers, a team that had two superstars in Kawhi Leonard and Paul George that had received special treatment last year. Unlike his former team, the Lakers players appear to be on the same page and have bonded well.

“It’s definitely a great feeling to have chemistry and the camaraderie that the guys have with one another already early in the season,” Harrell said. “Honestly, the only thing I think that’s going to happen is that it’s going to continue to grow. Guys, it’s a great vibe. It’s a great energy around us, man.”

Harrell is averaging 12.9 points, 7.6 points and 1.4 rebounds per game so far the season as the Lakers hold a 5-2 record.
