Rondae Hollis-Jefferson is going to continue his career in Minnesota, as the Timberwolves reached an agreement with the former Raptors’ forward, per Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports.
This is a training camp contract, but Minnesota has the roster space to add Hollis-Jefferson permanently. The 6’6″ forward will add depth to the wing position behind Josh Okogie and Juancho Hernangomez.
The previous season, Hollis-Jefferson appeared in 60 games with the Toronto Raptors, averaging 18 minutes per contest.
The Arizona product started his NBA journey with the Brooklyn Nets, as he played at Barclays Center in his first four years of his career, before joining Toronto the last offseason.
After the Timberwolves reportedly agreed to terms with Hollis-Jefferson, the forward thanked the Toronto franchise for an “unforgettable season”.
