Sports analyst Shannon Sharpe is of the opinion that if the Los Angeles Clippers are to break up their roster for the coming season, it would be Paul George who will leave the team.
“The person most likely to leave is Paul George. They need to get back some of that draft capital they gave up. Kawhi needs a true point guard, he doesn’t want the ball in his hands all the time,” Sharpe said on UNDISPUTED.
George averaged 21.5 points, 5.7 rebounds and 3.9 assists per game this past season for the Clippers. During 13 playoff games, he averaged 20.2 points, 6.1 rebounds and 3.8 assists.
