Spencer Dinwiddie is not very happy that the offseason of the Brooklyn Nets has solely revolved around Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant.
Dinwiddie was one of the players that stepped up for the Nets last season, with Durant and Irving out with injuries.
“It’s part of the business of the NBA. To feel forgotten about after averaging 20 points a game is an interesting experience. But it’s a lot better than feeling forgotten about and averaging four points a game.
So you just roll with it and just try to plug in the best you can on the team that you’re on and figure it out day-by-day,” Dinwiddie said during his appearance on the “Through the Wire” podcast, via Brian Lewis of the New York Post.
Dinwiddie averaged 20.6 points and 6.8 assists per game last season.
