It has been a long time since we heard from Panionios after their chairman Ilias Lianos stated he quits the team. From that point on, almost every player of the team, including the coach, have fled, leaving the team hanging,  up until the first days of the week, and after intense rumors saying the team has a new boss. It is obvious that Panionios has delayed the actions needed to build a strong team for next season, but what comes first is the financial security.

However, this morning (22/8),  Jarvis Threatt has announced via his Instagram account that he will join the team, a sign of rebirth for the historic club.

The American combo guard, 1.87m tall, is the first transfer the team is about to complete, with the hope of more to follow until the end of the month. He was one the most important players of Delaware University, from where he graduated this year.
