During media day for the 2020 NBA Finals, the Los Angeles Lakers star forward LeBron James looks back at his time playing for the Miami Heat and what it means to compete against them for an NBA championship.

The three-time NBA champion gives (6:55) his thoughts on his former Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra and the credit he deserves for Miami’s success.

16-time NBA All-Star (14:01) also explains how his life has changed since he played with the Heat compared to now with the Los Angeles Lakers.

Los Angeles is 12-3 in the playoffs – winning each series in five games – and the 35-year-old James is averaging 26.7 points, 10.3 rebounds and 8.9 assists per game.

The number one seed Lakers took out the number three seed Denver Nuggets in Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals and are now set to face-off against Jimmy Butler, Tyler Herro and the Miami Heat, who beat the Boston Celtics in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals, for Game 1 starting Wednesday, September 30:
