Steve Kerr is pretty excited about having Leandro Barbosa and Shaun Livingston back in the Golden State Warriors organization.
The former Warriors’ players will join the coaching staff of the franchise. Steve Kerr talked with Anthony Slater of The Athletic about the impact they could have for the Warriors.
“We’d like to add a veteran or two in free agency, but I don’t even know if that’s possible. We’ll see how everything shakes out. So it’s almost, you know, if we can’t do that…we’ve gotta be able to do that on the staff,” Kerr said.
The Warriors will enter the next season in hope of competing for a championship with the return of their veteran superstars back in the court, after one season of rebuilding.
