The Los Angeles Clippers are going to face the Denver Nuggets in Game 7 on Tuesday, after blowing a 3-1 lead in the series.

Head coach Doc Rivers talked about his team’s experience and the reason the Clippers could not close the series in the previous games.

“We’re here because we put ourselves here,” Rivers said on Monday ahead of Game 7 against the Nuggets, per NBC Sports.

“You can look at that in a good way or a bad way, but it is what it is… This team didn’t have any experiences, and so they’re learning everything right now.”

The Clippers had a double-digit lead at the start of the second half of the two latest games, but they were not able to hold off for the win.

Game 7 between the Clippers and the Nuggets will take place on Tuesday.
