The NBA has released the Eastern and Western Conference Finals playoff schedule, with the Western dates depending on different scenarios.

The East is all set after the Boston Celtics beat the Toronto Raptors in Game 7.

The Celtics begin their series against the Miami Heat (who knocked off the Milwaukee Bucks) on Sept. 15.

Nothing is set in the West yet, as the two series, Los Angeles Lakers vs. Houston Rockets and Los Angeles Clippers vs. Denver Nuggets, are still playing.

The Lakers are up 3-1 and will look to close out the Rockets on Sept. 12.

The Clippers are up 3-2 on the Nuggets and Game 6 is Sept. 13.

If a Game 7 is not necessary for these two series, the Western Conference Finals will begin on Sept. 16.

If either series went to a Game 7, the Western Conference Finals will begin on Sept. 18.
