Maccabi announced the signing of American guard Chris Jones to a two-year (1+1) deal. The 27-year-old player, after spending one season playing for Bursaspor in the Turkish League, joins the squad of coach Sfairopoulos. His passing abilities and his playing IQ are some of the elements that will strengthen Maccabi this season.
“I am excited about the opportunity that Maccabi gave me, the owners, the coach, the sports director and the team,” Jones said. “This is a big step for me, I feel ready and I will take advantage of it.”
