The Los Angeles Lakers point guard Rajon Rondo used the time during the lockdown to improve his shape. He has been described by Dave McMenamin as looking as if he was 21. Rondo’s recent Instagram post sheds some light on how he reached such a good condition.
The video shows the 2008 NBA champion doing an intense boxing workout with trainer Josh Martinez. “New hobby,” Rondo wrote on the video.
Rondo, 34, is averaging 7.1 points, 3 rebounds and 5 assists per game for the Lakers this season. Los Angeles is currently sitting atop the Western Conference.
