Denver Nuggets head coach Michael Malone revealed that he tested positive for COVID-19 shortly after the NBA shut the season. He started not feeling well around March 20.

“I only found out after the fact,” Malone said via The Denver Post. “I was able to get an anti-body test, probably right around Memorial Day weekend. Not surprisingly, our team doctor called up and said, ‘Listen, you’ve tested positive.'”

Malone and the Nuggets will take part in the NBA return at Disney World complex in Orlando. Denver is currently third in the Western Conference and is among the twelve teams that are already qualified for the playoffs.
