NBA legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar just joined Scott Van Pelt on ESPN to discuss the recent protests taking place in the country. Kareem says people should “ignore skin color” and tells people to “go out and make a friend with someone who doesn’t look like us”. He advises that people should get to know each other so they can understand their trials and tribulations. He adds that we must get rid of the “bad cops” and also be able to handle them. He encourages everyone to band together because he believes “everyone shares the same belief that the U.S is a great country”.
